I have been an active member since it started, and my posts always trend. One unknown mistake can get one a one-year suspension; that's insane.

was able to reinstate my membership. none, due to the reason it was my ignorance to the internet functions.
me and my wife use your website a lot. I consider it a valuable tool.
yesterday or this morning it stop letting us sign in, just says account has been suspended. my wife originally started the account and somehow it just started sending me alerts to my email. it seems it has us cross in a crossfire.

VIRTUALLY INACCESSIBLE
Figure out a way to contact these people and get them to respond so that I can get my issue resolved. Then share it with everyone else so we will all know how to more effectively get issues resolved with NextDoor. Their customer service really sucks.
They are not, and I mean not, customer service oriented. Our business account has been disabled and access to Nextdoor suspended for no apparent reason.
When you try to follow their suggestions for finding out why, you are only led to a general FAQ page which does not even come close to addressing the issue. Then, after filling out their dumb form, you do not get any explanation as to why the suspension/disabled access occurred.
Now, try waiting for a response... still waiting (Day 7).

My post was hidden without explanation....
Next Door in my area stoke and promote MAGA views. They post nasty rude, arrogant, and disrespectful comments to those who push back on the propaganda.
They hand out suspensions for up to a year and hide comments that point out facts. The lead for our area is ultra MAGA and allows name calling, mocking belittling others etc.
Because it's technically local politics, because it's about AZ. I only stated good to know. Yet ND allowed a post to remain that had those from out of state in the fake electors scheme, specifically mentioning *** and ***, with the comment from the poster saying 'radical leftists,' and considered it fine, with the majority of those who review reports being MAGA, with the lead person for this area on Nextdoor a known MAGA, ***. There is no difference in my post being removed with zero objectionable words.
What am I to believe with this, that the reviewers are definitely MAGA and are arbitrary and biased to their political views? It certainly seems so.

Preferred solution: I want unbiased reviewers who can separate their personal views especially political opinions and follow the rules they were given. The lead is a well known person in this area and it’s well known that she is a huge MAGA supporter (As is her right)

The lead is a die hard MAGA and so are the majority of reviewers, at least here in my State and in my area. They allow nasty comments to remain, sanction those who object or post anything pro liberal even on local politics.

I stopped all my Next Door affiliations several months ago, yet I'm still getting charged. I don't know why I'm being charged.
I need it to stop. I've talked to them on the phone and was assured that the info was deleted.

Someone complained, and Nextdoor shut them down before looking into it. It's not fair or right.

I'm an Animal Advocate from [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] who has been quite instrumental in helping pet parents with their pet's well-being and helping neighbors with wildlife concerns. I have received much applause from neighbors as well as Nextdoor associates.
2 months ago, I was put into "read-only" mode due to re-posting my OWN post to assist neighbors with their pets. To this day, Nextdoor support associates are NOT removing me from "read-only" mode and are actually ignoring my requests. As a result, I am unable to help neighbors in need.
I and other neighbors sense that I have been "profiled" due to my posts which has resulted in some animals being fatally impacted and pet owners devastated. The CEO of Nextdoor spoke publicly about ND 2 years ago not meeting it's goals and I think part of that reason is the moderators/customer support.

I posted daily to help pet parents from look for reputable pet caretakers, help with animals in need at rescues/shelters, assist with resources for neighbors who found injured/ill wildlife, etc. About 2 months ago, ND team stated that I re-posted my OWN post and that I broke a community guideline doing so.
They are no longer responding to my requests to be re-instated. As many neighbors know, I have been pleading for an Animal section that would be a one-stop shop of information/resources in effort to minimize posts in main feed and enable neighbors to get the help them needed immediately.

I have not said anything disrespectful, everything I post is a supported fact. The City of Wheat Ridge shoud not be able to shut down discussion on Nextdoor, and have accounts removed.

Someone is trying to rent me one of your properties. I want to know if this a scam
I visited the property located at 4808 Pennant Pl, Charlotte, NC today after being contacted by individuals identifying themselves as Sondra Drummond and her husband, who claimed they were renting the home for $1,100 per month.
Upon arriving at the property, I noticed a For Sale sign posted by OpenDoor. At that point, I realized someone was likely attempting to scam me and the woman I am trying to assist.
I attempted to contact OpenDoor immediately to report that individuals are actively attempting to rent out this property and were planning to move someone into the home as early as Saturday, but I was unable to reach anyone directly.
I previously worked in property rentals throughout the Charlotte area and unfortunately encountered similar scams involving vacant homes. I am still in contact with the individual involved in this situation. He has asked me to contact him regarding an application process and arranging key pickup, unaware that I now believe this to be fraudulent activity.
The woman I am assisting is fleeing a domestic violence situation and has four children.
Had she proceeded on her own today, she very likely would have been financially exploited during an already vulnerable time.
If OpenDoor is willing to cooperate, I would like to assist in reporting this matter to law enforcement in an effort to prevent additional victims. I have previously assisted in identifying a scammer involved in renting out one property to multiple unsuspecting families.

I am continually kicked off of Nextdoor due to the biased moderators in my neighborhood who are all connected to the City of ***. In fact, *** is married to the mayor of ***, ***. The City of Wheat Ridge continually makes decisions that violate the City Charter, and I factually point this out on Nextdoor. Some of their decisions align with violations of the State Constitution made in the State House, and new laws that affect the City of *** directly.
Your policy states that you do not support bias. However, this is blatant bias.
I post factual content, including YouTube videos of the City of *** on their channel, having a city council meeting, which most residents do not pay attention to. The moderators in my area are all on close personal terms with the City of *** and collude with the City of *** to prevent the residents of *** from being alerted to the decisions they are making.

Your allegations need to be handled during City Council meetings. Your concerns at the least are required to be made part of the record.
If residents are not motivated to attend, then that is to their detriment. No one cares about a knife-fight on social media.
